Jason is a Melbourne-based general physician specialising in perioperative medicine and chronic disease management. He has a particular interest in obesity, diabetes and general cardiology.
As a true generalist, Jason enjoys all aspects of medicine and takes pride in providing comprehensive care to his patients. He takes a collaborative approach in addressing his patients’ medical needs by working closely with other health professionals.
Jason completed his Bachelor Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery with Honours at Monash University in 2011. He completed physician training in general and acute medicine at Monash Health and a Master of Medicine in Perioperative Medicine. Jason subsequently undertook a fellowship in clinical nutrition and diabetes and was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2021.
Jason currently works as a Perioperative and General Physician at Monash Health and runs the perioperative service at Casey Hospital.
In his free time Jason enjoys sports, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
