Zoe Andrews is an accredited practicing dietitian (APD), specialised in gastrointestinal disorders and chronic disease management to the Peninsula. She is committed to providing quality nutrition education to improve health and wellbeing of clients using a non-diet approach tailored for individuals. She will work with you to provide sustainable changes that improve your health by translating research and evidence into practical changes. Zoe graduated from Monash University with Masters of Dietetics and has completed further study to specialise in gastroenterology including low FODMAP diet for IBS, enteral nutrition and nutrition support, pancreatic insufficiency and more. She specialises in gut issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diverticular disease, liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and bowel cancer. She has worked in environments with people from varied cultural backgrounds and can provide tailored advice to suit your needs.
